- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.

- Generating and sending accurate invoices and credit notes to customers promptly.
- Assisting Credit Control in monitoring customer accounts for non-payments and irregularities.
- Resolving billing issues and disputes professionally.

- Generating and sending accurate invoices and credit notes to customers promptly
- Assisting Credit Control in monitoring customer accounts for non-payments and irregularities
- Following up with customers on unallocated payments via phone, email, or mail
- Posting customer payments and reconciling the AR ledger
- Maintaining detailed records of accounts receivable transactions
- Resolving billing issues and disputes professionally
- Processing supplier invoices, matching purchase orders, and preparing payments
- Monitoring and managing accounts payable ageing reports
- Proven experience as an Accounts Assistant or similar role
- Strong understanding of basic accounting principles and AR processes
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to prioritise tasks and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in the Manufacturing & Production industry
- Familiarity with advanced accounting software
- Knowledge of relevant regulations and compliance standards
