Accounts Assistant. Swinton. £28k - £30k doe ( office based )

An established and successful manufacturing firm are looking for an experienced Accounts Assistant to join their team at their offices in Swinton. Duties will include;

• Sales ledger - raising up to 70 invoices per week
• Purchase Ledger - inputting up to 600 invoices per month - this will be shared between the team
• Credit control - this will only be an occasional requirement
• Checking weekly payroll reports - reporting anomalies and authorising over time ( no previous payroll experience needed )
• Bank and statement reconciliations
• Posting customer receipts
• Managing production reports using basic Excel

To be successful, you will have previous Accounts experience, be used to working as part of a small team and be able to multitask. This role won't lead to progression opportunities. Due to location, own transport is needed
