A digital marketing agency based in London is seeking an Executive Assistant to support the Chief of Staff and the Executive team. Responsibilities include managing diaries, arranging complex travel, and supporting key meetings. The Executive Assistant will play a unique and crucial role at Croud. Reporting to the Chief of Staff, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing various aspects of the logistics of the Executive team’s daily work; including scheduling, travel and making detailed notes.
Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Croud operates a hybrid working model (minimum 3 days a week in the office), however this role typically requires 4 days per week in the London office to foster close collaboration with the team and manager. The remaining day(s) can be worked from home, though we encourage an office-first approach to maximise productivity and team engagement. While not mandatory, candidates should be comfortable with a flexible, in-office work environment.

Standard hours are from 9.00am to 5.30pm, there’s flexibility if agreed in advance with your line managers (it may also be necessary on occasions to work outside of these hours).
