Teacher of Food Technology - Manchester

Pay: 168-234 per day (depending on experience)

Contract: Full-time, Long-term, temp to perm.

Start: 5th January 2026

We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Food Technology Teacher to join a high performing secondary school community in Manchester.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced teacher or an ECT looking to begin their teaching career in a well-resourced, forward-thinking environment.

As a Teacher of Food Technology, you will play a key role in inspiring and engaging pupils through creative and inclusive teaching.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons aligned with the national curriculum

  • Monitor and assess pupil progress, providing constructive feedback and support
  • Collaborate with colleagues, support staff, and parents to ensure each child reaches their full potential
  • Contribute to school life through involvement in extracurricular activities and initiatives
