- Bank reconciliation for company/s various accounts - including Bibby bank rec, draw down cash and oversee finance assistant.
- Update and maintain the major job sheets liaising with the project managers and contract support.
- Set up and maintain the fixed asset register including the set up of any HP agreements - know how to do the disposal of assets.
- KPI reporting, this will assist with MI Com,
- Compliance with HMRC - PAYE and VAT
- Exceptional communication skills at all levels.
- Strong IT skills - Excel, Sage, always being ahead of new technologies.
- Financial statements and balance sheet recs, AAT studying or qualified.
