Robertson Bell are partnering with a small but growing organisation to recruit an interim Finance Assistant on an initial three-month contract, with strong potential for extension.

Our client is based West of London, towards Maidenhead, and operates on a hybrid working pattern which can be flexible under the right circumstances. Permanent staff are typically in the office two days per week however, the same is not neccesarily required of an interim.

The Finance Assistant will be responsible for:

  • Processing supplier invoices, purchase orders and completing supplier reconciliations.
  • Supporting purchase and sales ledger activities, along with wider finance administration.
  • Preparing and submitting monthly payroll information for c.400 staff members, to be managed and processedby an outsourced payroll provider.

The successful candidate will be:

  • An experienced transactional finance professional, with strong reconciliation skills.
  • Be a strong communicator and team player.
  • A competent user of MS Excel.
  • Available immediately or at very short notice.
