About The Role

Drive Strategic Insight Across Group Finance

RAC is looking for an analysis-driven and commercially focused FP&A Business Partner to help drive performance and insight across the Group. This high-impact role offers visibility across the business, focusing on strategic planning, ESG reporting, and investor relations.

You'll report into the Head of Group FP&A and work closely with the Head of Corporate Finance and other key stakeholders, supporting processes such as weekly trade reporting, monthly reporting, financial planning, and external market analysis. This is a unique opportunity to influence how we deliver insight across the organization.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Produce weekly trade reports, monthly project reporting, and KPIs, challenging divisional teams for robust insights
  • Deliver performance analysis, highlighting trends, risks, and opportunities
  • Support the 5-year planning process aligned with group strategy, including P&L, KPIs, and cash forecasting
  • Lead scenario planning and impact assessments for ESG and sustainability reporting
  • Provide external market insight through competitor and peer performance analysis
  • Support ad hoc projects requiring financial modelling and strategic appraisal
What You'll Bring
  • Qualified accountant (ICAEW, ACA, ACCA, or CIMA) with post-qualification experience
  • Strong financial control, analytical, and modelling skills
  • Experience in commercial environments and board-level reporting
  • Excellent communication, relationship management, and influencing skills
  • Hands-on approach with strong attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Ability to assimilate information and make decisions quickly
  • Ability to juggle multiple priorities and deliver to deadlines
Location & Salary

Based at our Bescot office with hybrid working options (Tuesday and Wednesday in office, other three days remote). Competitive salary and benefits package.
