Overview

A leading organisation in the Sustainable FM sector is seeking a Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) Business Partner to join their team on a hybrid basis. With responsibility for reporting across all Business Divisions of Sustainable FM representing over £1bn of revenue this role is essential in providing accurate insights and analysis that drive operational and strategic decision-making.

The Role

As the FP&A Business Partner, you ll:

  • Deliver high-quality monthly management reports with analysis of budgets, cash flow, and variances.
  • Provide financial insights and challenge performance to support operational and strategic decisions.
  • Lead planning and forecasting activities, including budgets, best estimates, and medium-term plans.
  • Optimise reporting and controlling processes across the Division and UK.
  • Build reports and dashboards in SAP, SAP BPC, and Power BI to improve performance visibility.

To succeed in this role of FP&A Business Partner, you ll bring:

  • Strong experience in FP&A, accounting, reporting, or controlling.
  • A proven record of accurate, timely reporting and finance process improvements.
