About the Role

We are seeking a Transactions Finance Analyst to support acquisitions and disposals across multiple jurisdictions. This role offers the chance to work in a fast-paced, international environment with opportunities to broaden your finance expertise.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage onboarding and offboarding of deals, ensuring accurate process and control documentation.
  • Provide regular updates on transaction progress and meet tight deadlines.
  • Review completion accounts, prepare working papers, and support external advisors as needed.
  • Handle pre-acquisition, SPA, and PPA journal adjustments with clear audit trails.
  • Organize and chair weekly calls to track acquisition progress and action items.
  • Map sellers\' Chart of Accounts to internal COA and prepare uploads of opening balances.
  • Ensure all acquisition documents are obtained for reporting and audit.
  • Support ESG data collection for new acquisitions.
  • Contribute to financial due diligence for disposals.
  • Assist other finance teams during quieter transaction periods.
What You\'ll Bring
