Accounts Assistant
Location: LE4
Salary: up to 35K DOE
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
- Processing invoices and managing accounts payable.
- Completing payment runs and making bank payments.
- Collating employee hours and subcontractor payments.
- Raising and uploading customer invoices, including to customer portals.
- Reconciling bank accounts and credit cards.
- Supporting month-end processes, including journals and reconciliations.
- Monitoring daily cashflow.
- Preparing documentation for audits.
- Proficient in Sage Line 50.
- Strong understanding of accounts payable and general finance processes.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Organised, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
