Bishop Fleming – Accounting & Audit Apprenticeship

Audit, Accounting or Tax teams right from the start, allowing you to make a significant impact early in your career. You will work across a diverse client base and gain hands‑on experience with clients from day one.

As part of our apprenticeship programme you can join one of two streams:

  • Join our largest and fastest‑growing Audit department for a focused, client‑facing experience.
  • Participate in the Launchpad Scheme, rotating through our Accountancy, Audit and Tax teams before settling into a permanent department.

Recognised as an ICAEW Partner in Learning, you will study for the ACA qualification and become supported to achieve a chartered accountant status.

Qualifications
  • GCSEs – Grade 6 (B) or above in Maths and English.
  • Three A‑Levels (or equivalent) with a minimum of B in each.
  • Good‑grade equivalent in other subjects as required by the university partner of the programme.
Responsibilities
  • Assist audit and tax teams with client work, including data preparation, analysis and report drafting.
  • Support the learning and development of the apprenticeship by attending training sessions and contributing to team meetings.
  • Develop knowledge across a range of sectors, taking on progressively larger responsibilities as experience grows.
