Senior Corporate & Commercial Solicitor 7+ PQE | North London | L500 Firm | Hybrid working 3 days per week and unlimited annual leave

You will join an established Company Commercial team advising owner-managed businesses, SMEs and entrepreneurs on company law, commercial contracts and corporate transactions. Experience in corporate finance or working with commercial real estate clients would be an advantage.
