• Lead, manage, and coordinate all aspects of assigned construction projects.
• Prepare and monitor project programs, budgets, and resource plans.
• Act as the main point of contact for clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Ensure strict compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.
• Identify and manage risks, troubleshoot issues, and report progress to senior management.
• Maintain quality assurance throughout all stages of the project.

• Previous experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, project management, and contract administration.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and complex projects simultaneously.
• Proficient in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, Procore).
• Relevant qualifications in construction management, engineering, or a related discipline.
