The Role:

As a General Manager, you'll inspire your team to deliver exceptional service, maintain high standards, and drive restaurant performance. You will coach and develop your team to reach their full potential while achieving outstanding results.

• Has strong financial skills, including budgeting, inventory and labor management, and strategic marketing. You analyze data to make informed business decisions and foster continuous improvement.
• Focuses on building and nurturing your team, from recruitment to ongoing development, supporting their personal and professional growth.
• Values creating an inclusive environment where your team feels respected and belongs, enabling them to thrive in their roles and careers.
• Is a proactive problem solver, capable of making quick decisions and thinking on your feet.
