Malaberg is currently seeking a Video Editor who will edit short and long-form marketing videos to be used online that engage the target audience.

1. 2-3+ yrs practical video editing experience
2. Understanding and ability to edit motion graphics
3. Understanding of social platforms
4. Ability to sell through video using direct response marketing
5. Well-versed in Final Cut/Adobe Suite
6. Understanding of photoshop and photo editing
7. Dedicated to being the best in your field
8. Documentary or long-form video experience is a bonus

1. Consistent, high-quality video edits for both short and long-form content
2. Creative responsibility and management of projects worked on measured against performance KPIs
3. Must be able to work independently and as part of a team
4. Creating new styles and innovating in the editing process with little guidance
5. New format ideas

1. Work closely with and report directly to our post-production director
2. Content analysis
3. Attention to detail
4. Time management and prioritisation of tasks
5. Communication with copywriters and freelancers
