DP World is hiring a Content Specialist to join our team. In this role, you’ll help position DP World as an end-to-end logistics provider in the minds of key internal and external audiences. You’ll create and manage engaging content — mainly visual, but also text-based — to enhance understanding, drive engagement, and build advocacy for the Transformation team. By translating the team’s narrative into compelling graphic and audiovisual stories, you’ll play a pivotal part in ensuring their needs are met with impactful content. This is a critical role in supporting DP World’s ongoing success and growth.

• Owning the day-to-day process of planning, developing, and delivering high-quality static visual, AV and written content across formats such as powerpoint internal presentations, short-form videos, infographics, SharePoint content, one-pagers, illustrations and interactive PDFs.
• The role involves leading multimedia content creation, including short-form videos, working closely with internal and external creative teams to ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and generates measurable results.
• Create and refine animated visuals, icons, avatars, and other branded graphic elements
• Use AI-enhanced design tools (e.g., Adobe Firefly, Canva AI, Figma AI) to accelerate concept development and content scaling
• Maintain visual consistency across all deliverables, ensuring alignment with tone, style, and messaging
• Adapt visual assets for different geographies, audiences, and channels using AI and smart workflows
• Apply strong layout, composition, and typography principles to every design
• Ensure final assets are technically correct, high resolution, and optimized for their intended formats

• 3–5 years’ hands-on content creation experience. Note: A Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, media, or a creative field is not required — this role is about creation and execution.
• Professional experience in visual and AV communications, ideally in B2B and/or internal communications, with demonstrated experience in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Experience in project management within complex situations and environments (important but not essential), with a track record of delivering against agreed objectives and targets.
• Strong creative ability — able to ideate, sketch, storyboard, and create content independently, translating business needs into compelling visual storytelling.
• Expert graphic design and video editing skills, with proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop) and familiarity with AI/generative design tools (Adobe Firefly, Canva AI, Figma AI).
• Strong understanding of design principles (colour theory, typography, layout, composition) and knowledge of web/print design techniques, file formats, and output requirements.
• Ability to design across multiple formats: print, digital, presentation, AV, and interactive.
• Working knowledge of collaboration platforms such as Figma, SharePoint, and Miro.
• Experience in developing and implementing successful digital/content strategies and campaigns.
• Experience with social media, particularly LinkedIn.
• Good writing skills.
• Up to date with modern design trends and innovations.
