As a Property Administrator, you will be providing administrative support to the Real Estate Team. Your responsibilities will include:

1. Supporting property management activities
2. Updating the database with current lease transactions
3. Reviewing and challenging Service Charge budgets
4. Processing invoices for payment
5. Supporting with Purchase Order requests

• Experience in a property function, ideally providing administrative support
• Strong systems and database knowledge to successfully maintain data
• Clear written and verbal communication skills
• Self-sufficient in maintaining and updating property schedules
• Ability to build and leverage relationships internally and externally
• Good numeracy skills to ensure accuracy when dealing with numbers (e.g., rent agreements)
