A leading building services contractor in London is seeking a Project Electrician to oversee M&E installations on heritage sites. The ideal candidate will have a formal apprenticeship or relevant qualifications, excellent technical skills, and understanding of compliance and safety standards. My client are a well-established, medium-sized Building Services and Maintenance Contractor with a long history of serving London's capital. They specialise in M&E, maintenance, and building works, offering a "one-stop shop" solution to their clients.
They are seeking a highly capable and client-facing Project Electrician to deliver new M&E installations and refurbishments on their key heritage sites in London. This role requires a dedicated professional with excellent technical skills who can work autonomously, ensuring all work is executed to the highest standards of safety, compliance, and quality within live building environments.
