A subsea robotics company based in Aberdeen seeks an experienced professional to support their Commercial Department with tender preparation and operational commercial issues. The ideal candidate has substantial experience in a similar role, strong numerical and analytical skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. The role requires collaboration across teams to enhance project margins and ensure accuracy in invoicing. You will provide support to the Commercial Department in tender preparation along with supporting the Operations team in relation to project commercial issues. This role provides global support to the business but is however based in Aberdeen.
Key duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
You should have a number of years' experience of a similar role previously; with sound numerical and analytical skills. It would be desirable if you had experience of operating in global jurisdictions given the global remit of this role.
You should be PC literate with proven experience and knowledge of Microsoft Office Packages including Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook.
The candidate should be personable and able to engage support and co-operation at all levels, with good communication, organisational skills and presentation skills. The right candidate will have strong business and commercial acumen, highly numerate and able to manipulate and develop excel spreadsheets. Ability to work independently and use own initiative but also work as part of a team, providing a commitment to provide excellent client relations.
