Job summary
A recruitment agency is looking for a Contracts Administrator for a high-performing company in Chester-le-Street. The role involves managing reception duties, assisting with job pack preparation, and coordinating documentation. Ideal candidates will be proactive with strong organisational skills and a customer service mindset. This permanent position offers a salary of £27,000 DOE and the chance to grow within a collaborative team in the clean technology sector.
Qualifications
- Strong customer service mindset and excellent organisational skills.

- Confident using Microsoft Office and working within IT systems.
Responsibilities
- Managing reception duties, including incoming calls and deliveries.
- Assisting with the preparation and tracking of job packs and reports.
- Updating documentation and internal registers to reflect progress.
- Coordinating report reviews and issuing final documents.
