We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead and deliver end-to-end recruitment across the business. The successful candidate will design recruitment strategies, manage talent pipelines, support workforce planning initiatives and enhance the overall candidate and hiring manager experience. This is a strategic, proactive and solutions-focused role requiring strong stakeholder management and in-depth recruitment expertise.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing through to offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Partner with hiring managers to develop job briefs, create tailored attraction strategies and advise on market insights.
- Drive proactive sourcing strategies to build pipelines for future vacancies.
- Screen candidates, conduct competency-based interviews, and support managers in selection and assessment.
- Develop recruitment processes that improve efficiency, reduce time-to-hire and strengthen quality of hire.
- Produce recruitment metrics, talent pipeline reports and workforce planning insights.
- Ensure compliance with employment legislation and internal policies.
- Lead on employer branding initiatives, job advert creation and candidate experience improvements.
- Build relationships with external partners, agencies and stakeholders to widen talent pools.
- Support and develop onboarding processes to ensure smooth integration of new starters.
- Identify recruitment challenges and propose strategic solutions.
- Support early careers, succession planning and emerging talent programmes.
- Proven in-house recruitment experience at specialist level.
- Strong stakeholder engagement across all levels of a business.
- Experience designing and delivering recruitment strategies.
- Skilled in screening, interviewing, selection and negotiation.
- Ability to analyse data, produce insights and track recruitment KPIs.
- Excellent understanding of employment legislation and recruitment compliance.
- Highly organised with strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Experience improving processes and implementing new recruitment initiatives.
