We are excited to offer a fantastic opportunity for a Permanent Commercial Manager within highways maintenance and/or structures experience to join our Specialist Bridges Inspection and Maintenance (SBIM) contract in Bristol, working on the iconic Severn, Prince of Wales and Avonmouth Bridges. (BS354BD).
The SBIM contract involves delivering inspection and maintenance programmes for National Highways, offering a significant chance to work on specialist structures. This long‑term contract suits a hands‑on QS or Commercial Manager ready to drive project success. You will be responsible for securing additional revenue by managing the quotation process under the NEC4 Term Service Contract. Core duties include producing quotations in a high volume environment, ensuring delivery, managing change, liaising with the client and supply chain, and supporting month‑end reporting procedures.
