A recruitment consultancy is seeking an Interim Equal Pay & Job Evaluation Specialist for a short-term project with an NHS organization. This specialist will design a job evaluation scheme to create a fair pay structure and address potential pay disparities. The ideal candidate will have qualifications in HR or legal fields, proven experience in job evaluation, and a strong understanding of NHS pay structures. This role is remote and expected to last around one month.

We are partnering with an NHS organisation to appoint an experienced Equal Pay and Job Evaluation Specialist for a critical interim assignment. Following recent TUPE transfers, there is a need to review and address potential pay disparities. This project will focus on creating a fair and transparent pay structure supported by a robust job evaluation process.
