Kulcher Kitchen is a fast-growing, culturally driven food brand currently stocked in Tesco and launching with Ocado.

We create bold, plant-based ready meals inspired by global flavours — Caribbean, Indian, and beyond — built from real travel, real kitchens, and real culture. We sit at the intersection of food, culture, music, and lifestyle, and we’re scaling quickly.

This is not a corporate FMCG role. This is a founder-led brand building something modern, disruptive, and meaningful — and we’re looking for an Operations Manager to help us scale smartly.

The Role

As Operations Manager, you’ll own and improve the operational backbone of Kulcher Kitchen — fully remote.

You’ll work closely with the founder to manage systems, suppliers, production partners, and logistics, ensuring the business runs smoothly as we grow with major retailers.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys ownership, autonomy, and problem-solving, and doesn’t need hand-holding to make things happen.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage day-to-day operations across production, supply chain, and logistics
  • Own and improve processes, systems, and SOPs
  • Liaise with manufacturers, suppliers, and co-packers to ensure quality, timelines, and consistency
  • Oversee forecasting, stock control, and supply planning
  • Support operational scale‑up for national retail (Tesco, Ocado, and beyond)
  • Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and operational standards
  • Identify inefficiencies and implement practical, scalable solutions
  • Act as a key problem‑solver when challenges arise
  • Provide operational insight and structure to support continued growth
