Contract Duration: 31/03/2026

Days on site: 2-3 per week

Pay Rate: £447 per day through FCSA Umbrella

Role Description

• Project Planning: Execute project schedules, ensure deadlines and quality standards are met.
• Day to Day Operations: Oversee daily activities, assign tasks, and monitor progress for efficiency.
• Process Improvement: Develop and implement operational strategies, policies and procedures to enhance productivity.
• Budget Resource Management: Manage budgets, inventory and resources effectively.
• Data Analysis: Analyze operational metrics to identify trends and improvement areas.
• Leadership Mentorship: Guide and coach team members, fostering a culture of excellence.
• Compliance Risk Management: Ensure adherence to company policies, safety standards and regulatory requirements.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work cross‑functionally with other departments and vendors to achieve organisational objectives.
