A prominent university in Bangor is seeking a Compliance, Student Records & Engagement Assistant. The role involves supporting the Monitoring Team in ensuring student attendance compliance and providing guidance to students. Ideal candidates will have IT skills and communication abilities, alongside experience in customer service. The position can be offered on a part-time or job share basis and applications are accepted online.
We are seeking to appoint a Compliance, Student Records & Engagement Assistant who will work as a member of the Student Administration team to provide effective support to the Monitoring Team who are responsible for the monitoring of attendance and engagement of all students in the University, ensuring that Home Office and BU Regulations are adhered to. You will have excellent IT skills, communication skills, organizational skills with the ability to meet deadlines, whilst working to a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail. Candidates should be educated to GCSE level or NVQ level III in an appropriate subject e.g Customer Service or Business Administration and/or possess equivalent experience. Purpose of the Job
To work as part of the smaller Team, within the Student Administration Team, who are responsible for the monitoring of attendance and engagement for all students. To work with the Team in the embedding of new workflows and working practices within the area of attendance and engagement and ensure that all working practices are consistent across UK and International students. To assist with data quality checks with regards to student administration functions.
