Team Leader - Damp & Mould Compliance Work

We have a vacancy for an experienced Team Leader to join our busy Responsive Repairs Team.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate a rapid response to damp and mould reports and repairs raised by clients to ensure compliance with The Housing Health and Safety Ratings System (HHSRS) and the Social Housing (Regulation) Act 2023 (also known as Awaab’s Law).
• Demonstrate a professional approach to managing client relationships and maintain excellent working relationships with customers and other stakeholders.
