A reputable recruitment agency in Redhill is seeking a highly organised Compliance Officer to ensure smooth operations and compliance. The role includes supporting compliance processes, managing supplier contracts, and collaborating with various departments. Ideal candidates will have strong organisational skills, excellent communication, and experience in administration or project support. This position requires full DBS check and eligibility to work in the UK.
Job Title: Compliance Officer
Location: Redhill (with occasional travel to South Croydon)
Salary: £28,564 per annum
Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 8:45am – 5:00pm
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly organised and proactive Compliance Officer to join a busy and rewarding environment. Reporting directly to the Chief Operating Officer, this role plays a key part in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, compliance, and project coordination across the organisation.
This is a varied position where you will support compliance processes, contribute to project delivery, manage supplier contracts, and work closely with teams across IT, Finance, HR, and other departments.
