Specialist Business Centre, Merck House, Seldown Lane, Poole, BH15 1TW

Permanent • Full Time • Grade 1 • Salary: £25,521.60 per annum along with the benefit of being able to earn up to 10% in addition worth of bonuses.

Working Hours/Shift pattern – 40 hours per week, Monday to Thursday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM and Friday: 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM

Role Overview

As part of this role, you’ll be responsible for:

  • Being an expert on all elements of customer service queries including but not limited to refunds, credit queries, network tariffs, returns and handset exchanges, bolt‑ons, bill queries, invoices, transfer of ownership, sim swap, customer complaints etc.
  • Handling inbound calls, emails and social media queries in a professional, polite, accurate and efficient manner.
  • Providing solutions to best support the customer in line with their needs; keeping in mind our financial objectives but moderating this to stay within the parameters of providing world class service to our customers.
  • Establishing rapport and building relationships with our customers while keeping data safe following the correct compliance procedures.
  • Completing all queries raised relating to customer service accurately and within SLAs ensuring world class service is maintained throughout.
