A leading estate agency in Ipswich is looking for a skilled Property Manager to oversee property management operations. The role includes maintaining compliance, resolving tenancy issues, and building strong relationships with landlords and tenants. Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of property management experience and excellent communication skills. The position offers a salary range of £27,380 to £34,880 OTE, along with benefits including a company car, training opportunities, and a supportive work environment.
We’re seeking a skilled Property Manager to join our Ipswich office. You’ll be a main point of contact for landlords and tenants, overseeing maintenance, legal compliance, tenancy progression, and much more.
