A healthcare organization in the UK is seeking a motivated Reception Supervisor to lead the Emergency Department reception team. This role requires excellent communication, empathy, and resilience. Candidates should have experience in a front-line hospital reception and proven leadership skills. The position is based in Dreenhill, with a focus on delivering outstanding patient care and ensuring efficient service at the front desk. Bilingual ability in Welsh is desirable but not mandatory.
