Overview

We are working closely alongside a Local Authority in Islington to assist with the appointment of an Estate Services Coordinator, on a 3-month contract, highly likely to be extended at client’s discretion. Please apply with your CV for immediate consideration. The Estate Services Coordinator will ensure council estates are maintained to high standards of cleanliness, safety, and appearance. The role involves managing caretaking teams, overseeing estate services, and working closely with residents, internal teams, and partner agencies.

  • Manage and supervise a team of caretakers, including agency staff
  • Carry out regular estate inspections and monitor service standards
  • Ensure compliance with Health & Safety and fire safety requirements
  • Respond to resident enquiries, complaints, and emergencies
  • Oversee waste, cleaning, grounds maintenance, and communal repairs
  • Work collaboratively with council teams, TMOs, and residents groups
  • Experience managing frontline services and staff teams
