ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Community Lead within our Residential Care Homes at Barchester, you'll help make residents' lives stimulating and fulfilling, delivering person-centred care while respecting independence, privacy, dignity, and choice. You'll lead and supervise Carers and Senior Carers.

The role involves clinical responsibilities such as recording observations on weight and blood pressure and performing simple wound dressings. You'll be a role model and trusted figure, building relationships within the home and externally.

ABOUT YOU

You need senior-level care experience, including supervising others and understanding clinical care for older adults. A Level 3 NVQ or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care and willingness to undertake the assessor qualification are required. Your caring approach, strong communication skills, enthusiasm, tenacity, and integrity are essential.
