We are seeking a motivated and experienced Clinical Team Manager to oversee and deliver high-quality healthcare services within police custody settings. About the Role:
As the Clinical Team Manager, you will integrate operational leadership with hands-on clinical duties, ensuring outstanding care for individuals in police custody. This full-time role involves 7.5-hour shifts across 7 days, supporting a fast-paced service. Success requires flexibility, adaptability, and responsiveness to evolving demands in a challenging environment.
Key responsibilities include:
Experience working with vulnerable groups and/or in a health and justice setting is essential. A strong sense of leadership and leading by example to uphold the Trust values and behaviours is required. We actively promote ongoing professional development within the service.
This role requires full police vetting, and it is essential that you can travel independently across the area and have access to a suitable vehicle for business purposes.
