We are recruiting for School Crossing Patrols across the county.

School Crossing Patrols provide a vital service, ensuring safe passage for children and adults crossing busy roads on their way to and from school. Celebrating its Platinum Jubilee, the School Crossing Patrol Service has proudly served for 70 years nationwide. We invite you to join our historic team and continue this legacy.
Join us to work with the local community, build relationships with your designated school, and deliver a service that keeps people safe. Our diverse team welcomes all ages and abilities.
Norfolk Fire and Rescue Service is proud to include the School Crossing Patrol Service. As an employee, you will have a dedicated line manager, full induction training with annual refreshers, team meetings, and a full uniform. You will also have the opportunity to educate children about road safety in partnership with your designated school.
Full training will be provided; no specific experience is required. Effective communication skills with a broad range of people are advantageous.
