Job summary
A charity supporting military families seeks a Community Fundraising Manager to lead the fundraising team across the UK. This person will drive initiatives to grow net income, manage staff, and collaborate on community engagement efforts. With a focus on achieving annual income targets and effective budget management, the ideal candidate should have at least three years of experience in community fundraising, strong leadership skills, and a strategic mindset. This role offers a salary of £35,000 to £42,000 and benefits including 6 weeks holiday and a hybrid working approach.
