You’ll work across email, phone, LinkedIn, and CRM systems to manage outreach, confirmations, and community engagement, and collaborate with Marketing and Commercial teams to ensure sponsor targets are met. You’ll also support onsite operations during our events.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work collaboratively within the event team to achieve audience KPIs for each assigned market.
  • Build and manage attendee invite lists through a mix of CRM segmentation, data research, and enrichment.
  • Execute outreach via phone, email, and LinkedIn to engage and confirm high‑quality delegates and VIPs.
  • Collaborate with Marketing on campaign flows, content, and follow‑ups.
  • Take ownership of ticket sales performance, working toward individual and team‑based revenue targets in alignment with the Sales team.
  • Support delegate journey and registration processes, including reconfirmation and reminders.
  • Contribute to onsite execution: VIP check‑in, attendee registration, and last‑mile support.
  • Track performance metrics and suggest improvements to audience targeting or workflows.
Candidate Profile
  • Native Italian speaker, with fluent English (spoken & written).
  • Motivated by targets, organised, and detail‑oriented.
  • Comfortable on the phone and confident in engaging senior professionals.
  • Familiar with CRM tools, spreadsheets, and online research methods.
