The Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and highly organised Commercial Hires & Events Co‑Ordinator to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships and delivering exceptional experiences.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong partnerships with local businesses, community groups, and organisations to host events at the college.
  • Promote and manage The Bridge Workspace, our office lettings and co‑working space, ensuring smooth day‑to‑day operations.
  • Coordinate all aspects of event planning and venue hire, from initial enquiry through to delivery.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure events and hires align with college values and objectives.
  • Monitor budgets, contracts, invoicing and schedules to ensure efficient and cost‑effective delivery.
About You
