- Lead requirements gathering sessions and translate business needs into functional solutions.
- Configure and implement D365 CE modules (Sales, Customer Service, Marketing).
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure successful solution delivery.
- Provide end-user training and support during deployment and post-go-live.
- Document functional specifications and maintain project documentation.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, ensuring best practices and optimal use of D365 CE.
- Proven experience as a D365 CE Functional Consultant.
- Strong knowledge of Dynamics 365 CE applications and Power Platform.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
- Microsoft certifications (MB-210, MB-230, MB-240) are highly desirable.
