Support is person‑centred, with a focus on building community access. This role suits someone hands‑on, creative, and keen to work closely with family and professionals.

About Acuity Care Group

Acuity Care Group has nearly 20 years of experience and over 900 staff across our three divisions: LD&A, Bespoke, and Team Brain Injury. This role is part of our LD&A team, supported by an experienced, hands‑on Team Leader.

We provide person‑centred support to adults and children with complex physical and mental disabilities. Our teams work closely with the people we support to deliver tailored care, promote independence, and help them access new experiences.

Pay & Benefits

Pay rate: £14.18 per hour flat rate – Weekly or Monthly pay. Shift Pattern: 12 hours per week – Flexible to cover days and nights – 8:00am – 20:00pm or 20:00pm – 8:00am.
