Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming environment? We’re looking for a Resident Service Assistant to be the friendly face and first point of contact for this build-to-rent site in Glasgow.

In this role, you’ll play a key part in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our apartments. From arranging lettings and looking after over 400 residents to assistants managing their daily duties.

• Providing professional, friendly support to residents, visitors, and contractors.
• Managing leasing and renewal contracts.
• Overseeing nearly 450 residents and their homes.
• Conduct and arrange viewings.
• Handling enquiries via phone, email, and in person with efficiency and care.
• Helping organise events that bring the community together.

What we’re looking for :

• Previous experience in Property Reception / Leasing.
• Strong communication skills and a positive, approachable attitude.
• Organisational skills with great attention to detail.
• Confidence using Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
