A healthcare provider is seeking a highly motivated Business Support Administrator to join their community mental health team in Honiton. The successful candidate will provide essential administrative support to clinical staff, contribute to patient care, and must possess strong interpersonal and IT skills. We are looking for ahighly motivated and multi-skilled Business Support Administrator to join the East Devon Older Persons Mental Health (OPMH) Community team based in Honiton and/or Exmouth.

The Business Support Administrator undertakes the administration of all tasks in supporting a team of clinical staff assessing and caring for patients within the community, the set tasks will include answering telephones, office and reception cover, typing of all correspondence, assessment letters, appointment and clinic letters, minuting of team meetings using Microsoft Word, Excel spreadsheets and updating our patient record system, Carenotes, triaging work via Choose and Book. Work is usually filtered via a shared email where all admin staff pick up tasks.
