Job summary
A leading financial technology company in London seeks an experienced Product Communications Lead for a 15-month Fixed-Term Contract. You will oversee the CRM communications strategy, ensuring brand consistency across all channels. Responsibilities include leading a creative team, managing product narratives, and optimizing messaging effectiveness based on data insights. Candidates should have over 7 years of experience in customer communications and a strong leadership background. Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in Customer Communications, ideally in a high-volume CRM environment.
- Significant experience leading and managing a team with diverse specialisms.
- Strong strategic communications experience with proven ability to create compelling narratives.
- Master of brand consistency and quality control.
Responsibilities
- Own and define overarching customer narrative for product launches and brand campaigns.
- Act as a bridge between creative, product, and CRM teams for clear creative briefs.
- Lead and mentor a team of communications and creative professionals.
- Ensure brand messaging consistency and quality across all channels.
- Oversee data-driven message effectiveness and drive necessary optimisations.
