Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years' experience as a Demi Chef de Partie or equivalent in 4* or 5* hotels.
- Clear culinary career progression from qualification to entry level position.
- Cruise ship experience is a plus.

- Work with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth operation of the kitchen.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Follow all safety and health regulations.
Skills
