A distinguished hotel and spa group in Dartford is seeking a Bartender to deliver exceptional service in the Elements Brasserie, Bar, and Lounge. The successful candidate will ensure the bar is well-stocked and presented, prepare beverages including cocktails, and engage with guests. Previous experience in beverage service is preferred. This role also offers competitive pay and company benefits.
£25,396.80 per annum + monthly service charge payment
4 weeks holiday rising to 5 weeks with service

Working within a team of 4 under the guidance of our Bar Manager you will be responsible for food & beverage service standards within our Elements Brasserie, Bar and Lounge during your working shift. As well as beverage service light meals service in the bar are also part of your duties. You may also be required to work in the restaurant on some shifts depending on business levels.
The bar serves a range of cocktails as well as non alcoholic beverages with the Brasserie and Lounge offering a range of light meals on its menu together with a range of traditional afternoon tea.
