A healthcare provider is seeking a Band 7 Community Specialist Palliative Care Nurse in Clapham. Candidates should have a nursing background, and experience in palliative care is desirable. Responsibilities include symptom management and advanced care planning to support patients in their preferred place of care. The role requires flexibility to cover various sites and offers opportunities for leadership development. Competitive salary range between £46,148 to £52,809 per annum.
We are seeking motivated, dynamic, and passionate Band 7 Community Specialist Palliative Care Nurse to work within our North Bedfordshire Team, based in Clapham, however, there is an expectation that staff will cover across the bases if needed.
This is an excellent opportunity to develop your knowledge and skills within the specialist palliative care setting. The team provide symptom management, psychological support and advanced care planning, enabling patients to remain at home in their preferred place of care with the right support. You will have the opportunity to develop leadership skills and advanced clinical decision making, working within a highly specialist area of practice.

Experience and an NMP qualification in the field of palliative care is desirable but a willingness to learn and contribute is more important.
You must have a driving license and have access to a vehicle in order to carry out your duties. You will be required to cover 7 days a week between the hours of 08:00-18.00.
