We’re looking for an Automotive Bookings Manager to lead, develop, and drive the performance of our Customer Contact Centre Team. Working closely with the Service Manager, you’ll oversee the daily operations of a fast-paced team handling inbound and outbound bookings for the BMW / MINI group, ensuring a seamless customer experience. • Lead, mentor, and motivate the Bookings Advisors to exceed booking targets and deliver outstanding service.
• Drive performance management, coaching, and training to develop a high-performing team.
• Set and monitor KPIs (Speed to Answer, Bookings, Compliance, etc.) to ensure efficiency.
• Ensure a customer-first approach, handling queries and complaints effectively.
• Oversee scheduling, staffing, and rota planning to maintain full operational coverage.
• Work collaboratively with other departments to resolve operational issues.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and 1:1 coaching sessions.
• Drive recruitment, onboarding, and development of new team members.

• Proven leadership ability with a track record of managing and developing successful teams.
• Strong communication, coaching, and people management skills.
• Experience in performance management, with the ability to drive and exceed targets.
• Analytical mindset, using data to identify trends and implement solutions.
• Basic knowledge of HR policies, including absence and sickness management.
• Experience with CRM systems, with SAP knowledge preferred.
• Professional, proactive, and results-driven approach.
