£37,000 - £41,500 + CAD/CAM Training + Progression into Supervisor + Workshop Based + Premium Overtime + 31-Days Holiday + Days-Based
Workshop Based: Commutable from Cheddar, Weston‑Supper‑Mare, Bristol, Bath, Glastonbury, Radstock and surrounding areas.
Are you a motivated CNC Miller / Turner or similar looking for the rare opportunity to be fully trained into CAD/CAM software and take the next step forward in your career as a technical expert, becoming a supervisor and the main point of contact within the workshop where you will be working alongside a small team of industry experts?
This well‑established company is a market leader in repair and sourcing of industrial pumps, motors, gearboxes and more, working with major UK clients. They are now looking for an additional engineer to join the team. The role is a Machine Shop Supervisor responsible for supervising a team of four, acting as the technical expert on site, manufacturing and repairing parts using milling and turning machines, and working closely with managers.
