Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a CNC Machinist, with a focus on milling operations.
  • Good understanding using either Fanuc and/or control systems.
  • Previous experience working in a highly regulated industry (aerospace, automotive, energy, etc).
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality work.
  • Motivated and excellent team player.

Responsibilities

  • Set and operate CNC machines to produce complex high-precision parts.
  • Interpret technical drawings and specifications to ensure accurate machining.
  • Monitor machine performance and make adjustments to ensure quality and accuracy.
  • Inspect finished components for conformance to customer specifications.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to all health and safety guidelines.
  • Troubleshoot machine issues and perform basic maintenance when needed.
  • Collaborate with other team members and departments to meet production deadlines.
  • Perform routine maintenance on machines to ensure optimal performance.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve processes and efficiency.
