We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior CNC Milling to join our team. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of hands‑on experience in CNC milling, with proficiency in programming using Fanuc software.

We are looking for someone who can take a lead and supervise the team of turning and milling operation. You need to have sound knowledge and experience about CNC Milling machines and programs as we provide customised service to a wide range of customers. This role requires a high degree of precision, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment. We are looking for someone who is qualified, experienced and has overall leadership qualities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Programming:
    • Program CNC machines both online and offline using Fanuc software based on drawings and technical requirements.
  • Machine Setup:
    • Set up CNC milling and turning machines for a variety of jobs, ensuring optimal machine performance.
  • Machine Operation:
    • Operate CNC milling and turning machines, ensuring smooth production and adherence to quality standards.
  • Inspection:
    • Conduct thorough inspections of machined parts to verify dimensional accuracy and quality, using precision measurement tools.
  • Tooling Knowledge:
    • Maintain a deep understanding of cutting tools, tool wear, and tool selection to optimise production processes.
  • Teamwork & Communication:
    • Collaborate with team members and other departments to address production challenges and ensure efficient workflow.
    • Communicate clearly and effectively to keep everyone informed about progress and potential issues.
