Responsibilities

• Programming, setting, and operating a range of CNC machines.
• Accurately setting machines right the first time.
• Carrying out self-inspection of work to ensure quality.
• Working to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Suggesting and implementing improvements to existing machining techniques.
• Maintaining alignment with company core values.
• Supporting and mentoring apprentices.
• Carrying out any other tasks in line with skills and experience.
• Knowledge and adherence to ISO 9001:2015 compliance.
• Understanding of 5S methodology.

• Accurately setting machines right the first time
• Carrying out self‑inspection of work to ensure quality
• Working to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
• Suggesting and implementing improvements to existing machining techniques
• Maintaining alignment with company core values
• Supporting and mentoring apprentices
• Carrying out any other tasks in line with your skills and experience as needed
• Knowledge and adherence to ISO 9001:2015 compliance
• Understanding of 5S methodology
